Zone I

International Education Achievements of Chinese & Overseas Institutions

Achievements in international education cooperation, Sino-foreign cooperative education programmes, overseas study programmes, international curricula, faculty and student exchange cases, research collaboration, and admissions policy briefings.

Exhibitors: Hubei universities and vocational colleges with outstanding international exchange records, Sino-foreign cooperative education institutions and programme colleges; renowned overseas universities, vocational colleges and international schools.
Zone II

Vocational Education Going Global

Vocational-education-going-global projects and achievements, overseas schooling outcomes, export of vocational education standards, cross-border school-enterprise cooperation, international training of skilled talent, and Jingchu Workshop development results.

Exhibitors: Overseas Chinese-funded enterprises, vocational education groups, institutions hosting Jingchu Workshops abroad, and cross-border vocational cooperation companies.
Priority visitors: students of Hubei universities
Zone III

International Cooperation in Basic Education & Study Tours

International cooperation achievements of primary and secondary schools, sister-school partnership cases, international study-tour curricula, two-way youth exchange programmes, pathway planning services, and achievements in international understanding education.

Exhibitors: Hubei provincial demonstration high schools, international schools, quality study-tour bases and study-travel providers.
Zone IV

Hainan Universities & the Lingshui Li'an International Education Innovation Pilot Zone

The Zone's overall academic plan and the Free Trade Port's supportive policies for international education; the layout of 26 Sino-foreign universities based in the Zone; featured presentations of Sino-foreign cooperative programmes of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Tianjin University and China University of Political Science and Law, as well as Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences Hainan; displays of the Zone's official international study tours, Sino-foreign faculty and student exchanges, school-enterprise joint training and international events for youth development.

Exhibitors: The Administration of the Lingshui Li'an International Education Innovation Pilot Zone of the Hainan Free Trade Port; Sino-foreign Double First-Class universities based in the Zone; foreign-owned universities; the Zone's international exchange and study-tour service platforms; and university admissions and career service centers.
Zone V

International Cooperation in Education Media & Publishing

Internationalized textbooks and supplementary readers, bilingual titles, education journals, school-based courses, international cooperation projects in education publishing, and digital education resources.

Exhibitors: Education publishers under Changjiang Publishing & Media, private education publishing houses, and school-based curriculum development departments.

Visitor Arrangement

Visitor Arrangement

  • Study-tour groups of 500–1,000 secondary students enter the exhibition zones in three staggered batches to avoid congestion and ensure a quality visit;
  • Each zone is staffed with volunteer guides providing direction and interpretation for study-tour groups and delegates;
  • The Vocational Education Going Global zone is organized primarily for visits by students of Hubei universities;
  • The Lingshui Li'an Pilot Zone zone highlights the advantage of “earning an international degree without leaving China”.

Booth Application

Exhibitors submit the booth application form and a description of display content to the organizer; booth numbers are assigned uniformly by the Organizing Committee.

Setup & Materials

Standard booths come with display boards and basic furniture; exhibitors may bring their own roll-up banners, brochures and multimedia materials.

On-Site Services

Information desks and volunteer service points in the exhibition area provide guidance, interpretation and matchmaking support.
