Full Three-Day Agenda
The core programme takes place on December 4–5; December 3 is the arrival day for overseas guests. The agenda is subject to final confirmation by the Organizing Committee.
Registration of overseas guests
Heads of overseas universities, representatives of international education organizations and education officers of embassies and consulates arrive in Wuhan for check-in and conference registration.
Grand Opening Ceremony of the 26th HCH
Attendance at the grand opening ceremony of the HCH.

Screening of a short film on a decade of international education in Hubei; addresses by leaders and representatives of foreign embassies and consulates; signing ceremony.

Thematic Sessions
(1) Higher education session: Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools

International Education Exhibition open
All five themed zones open; 500-1,000 study-tour students of secondary schools enter in three staggered groups with volunteer guides.

A Decade of International Education in Hubei — Short Film
A showcase of the landmark achievements and cooperation networks built through Hubei's education opening-up over the past decade.
Addresses by Leaders & Remarks by Diplomatic Envoys
Addresses by officials of education authorities, education officers of foreign embassies and consulates in China, and representatives of overseas universities and international education organizations.
Signing Ceremony
Cooperation agreements between Chinese and foreign institutions are signed on site, marking the launch of a new group of Sino-foreign cooperative education, vocational-education-going-global, study-tour exchange and industry-education integration projects.
