How to Attend
Receive the Conference Notice
The attendance notice is issued uniformly by the Department of Education of Hubei Province, covering the conference, exhibition, study tours and signings; overseas guests also receive a bilingual (Chinese-English) invitation letter.
Download and Submit the Application Form
Complete the participant and project details and email the form to hyde-jqjy10@hotmail.com by October 15, 2026. Participation is confirmed only after review and receipt of an electronic confirmation letter.
Apply to Speak / Sign / Exhibit
Institutions wishing to speak at a session, join the signing ceremony or apply for an exhibition booth are invited to submit their topic, speaker profiles and draft agreements in advance.
On-Site Registration
Register and collect conference materials and credentials at Huazhong Agricultural University all day on December 3; attend the HCH Grand Opening Ceremony on the morning of December 4 (East Lake International Convention Center).

Arrive at Wuhan Tianhe International Airport and continue to Huazhong Agricultural University. - Rail
Arrive at Wuhan, Wuchang or Hankou railway station and take local transport to Huazhong Agricultural University. - Travel details
Please provide accurate arrival and departure information during application and confirmation. Final arrangements are subject to confirmation by the Organizing Committee.
According to the application form, the Conference covers accommodation, meals and transportation after arrival in Wuhan for principal-level leaders. Other guests receive one meal on the conference day and bear their remaining expenses. Specific reception arrangements are subject to the Organizing Committee's confirmation letter and subsequent notices.
